WHAT WE DO
Spinnaker is a privately owned business with capital available to invest.

We work exclusively with accountants, solicitors, insolvency practitioners and other professional advisers to offer bespoke solutions to their clients that need access to capital at short notice due to insolvency proceedings or litigation.

We understand that circumstances outside of a client’s control can cause them to fall into debt. Our experience has shown us that those facing insolvency often have the ability to clear their debts but do not have the time available to action a strategy.

Depending on the circumstances, we can structure the investment as an equity investment or we can acquire assets (with the option for the client to repurchase at a later date, if required) . We look for appropriate security and a clear exit plan.
